Template "483" by Millie's PSP Madness
Mask by Moonbeams and Spiderwebs
Font of choice
Let's get started!
Open template
Apply these papers to the layers listed below.
Use the clipping mask.
ctrl + alt + G
1 - IPD-RH-Paper3
2 - IPD-RH-Paper3
3 - IPD-RH-Paper2
4 - IPD-RH-Paper7
5 - IPD-RH-Paper1
6 - IPD-RH-Paper1
7 - IPD-RH-Paper3
8 - Color of choice
9 - IPD-RH-Paper7
10 - Color of choice
11 - Color of choice
12 - Color of choice
13 - Color of choice
Layers 14 - 19 are the small template hearts
apply style of choice to these layers

Once you have the papers as you like Merge them with
the layers you have clipped them to.
I also duplicate mine and add clear layer styles for extra shine and pop.
Add drop shadows.
Now open your tube and place center on your template.
Re-size as desired and sharpen.
Add drop shadow.
Open IPD_RH_Rose
Re-size as desired and sharpen.
Duplicate and place on either side of your tube.
Duplicate and place on either side of your tube.
Open IPD_RH_Swag
Place on the bottom of your
template center over your tube.

Add drop shadow.
Open IPD_RH_RoseWater
Place on the right bottom side of your template.

Now just add some flowers around your tag.
Now add your mask.

Place under your tube so she it sitting on it.

Duplicate and flip horizontal.
Size down a little and place further down the big rose.

Open Sparkles
Duplicate and flip dup horizontal.
Place one on each side of your template

Let's get started!
Open template
Apply these papers to the layers listed below.
Use the clipping mask.
ctrl + alt + G

Font of choice.
Let's get started!
Open a new canvas 700 x 700
Open Frame2
Place in the center of your canvas.
Add drop shadow.
Open Leaves
Place on the bottom of your frame.
Flip Horizontal.
Add drop shadow.
Open Tree
Place it on the right side of your frame.
Place it behind your frame and erase the edges sticking
outside of the frame.
Add drop shadow.
Open Tree again
Place on the bottom left side of the frame.
Rotate it around until you have it as desired.
Again erase the edges sticking outside of the frame.
Add drop shadow.
Open Log
Place on the bottom right side of your frame.
Re-size as desired and sharpen.
Add drop shadow.
Open Cauldron
Place it on the bottom left side of your frame.
Re-size and sharpen as desired.
Open Spell
Place on the left side of your frame.
Re-size as desired.
Place it over the cauldron and erase around the rim of
the cauldron making it look as if the spell is coming out of it.
Open Moon
Place above spell.
Re-size and sharpen as desired.
Add outer glow.
Open Spider Web
Re-size and sharpen as desired.
Add drop shadow.
Place on the top right corner of your frame.
Open SpellBook
Place at the bottom center of your frame.
Re-size as desired and sharpen.
Add drop shadow.
Open Paper12
Re-size so it fits behind your frame.
Open Familar
Re-size as desired and sharpen.
Place on top of lot and add drop shadow.
Open Candle
Re-size as desired and sharpen.
Place on the right bottom corner of your frame.
Add drop shadow.
Open Clouds
Place at the top of your frame.
Now open your tube and place in the center of the frame.
Size as desired and sharpen.

Now Add your mask.

Let's get started.
Open your template.

ahead and merge it to the layer and add a drop shadow.

(Repeat on the right side with the same paper)
right pink rectangle & left pink rectangle - IPD_LOH_Paper1

Add a dark color to small hearts & dotted oval
Give it a small drop shadow.
Add a color of choice to your wordart.
just an FYI I used clear layer styles over all of my papers.
Once I merged the paper with the layer I duplicated it
and applied the layer to the dup.
This is what gives my layers a shiny look.
Some of them have the border/stroke and some don't.
Open IPD_LOH_Scatter
Place behind the wordart.
Open IPD_LOH_StarTree
Place behind center dotted rectangle
Add drop shadow.
Open your tube and place over center dotted rectangle
Use your quick selection tool to select CDR layer.
ctrl + alt + I to inverse your selection.
Now use your eraser to erase the bottom part of your tube
making it appear as if she is coming out of CDR layer.
ctrl + D to deselect.
Add a small drop shadow to your tube.
Open IPD_LOH_Mist
Place over the front bottom half of your tube.
Open IPD_LOH_Star
Re-size as desired and sharpen.
Place on the bottom right side of tag
behind word art.

Rotate City element to line up with frame1
and add drop shadow.
Open flower
re-size as desired and sharpen.
Place at the far top right side of Frame 1
Duplicate and mirror on bottom left of Frame 1.
Add drop shadow.
Open road
Place over X and ctrl + alt + G to create
clipping mask.
Open kiss
Size down as desired and sharpen.
Place on the left side of tube over road.
Add drop shadow.
Open drink
Place on the right side of template in center.
add drop shadow.
Open Tire
Re-size as desired and sharpen.
Place behind tube on the left side.
Duplicate Tire and place dup on the
right side of your template behind the X.
See tag for exact placement.
Open LugWrentch
Place behind X at the top left side.
Re-size as desired and sharpen

Now add your mask.

Place behind layer 3

Tweak the settings to your liking.
