Open Teal Raphosdy (27)

Duplicate twice - Place it over layers 5, 7 & 9 - ctrl + alt + G - Merge - add drop shadow. Repeat these steps (DO NOT MERGE) using your tube.

Re-size your tube as desired and sharpen.

Open Teal Raphosdy (17)

Place over layer 1 - ctrl + alt + G - Merge - Add drop shadow.

Flood fill layers 2 , 6, 8 & 10 with a color from your tube.

Add bevel and drop shadow.

Open Teal Raphosdy (15)

Place over layer 3 - ctrl + alt + G - Merge - Drop shadow.

Flood fill layer 4 with a color from your tube.

Add a bevel and drop shadow.

Place a close up of your tube over layer 1.

Use your quick selection tool to select layer 1.

ctrl + alt + I - Erase outer edges of your tube.

Make your tube layer black and white - take opacity down to 80%

Now add your mask of choice.

I used Teal Raphosdy (3) on mine.

Add your name/quote and copyright.

 Now you're done!
