Open elements  Kristin - American Girl - Wire &

Kristin - American Girl - Wordart placing the wordart on top.

Rotate slightly to the left and add drop shadows.

Open Kristin - American Girl - Splatter place at the back.

Add drop shadow.

Now use your shape tool or a brush to make a star.

Place it behind your splatter element and rotate so that it's

Add a texture, Bevel, satin and whatever else you're feeling to the star.

Add drop shadow.

Open and place your tube to the right side of your tag.

Add drop shadow.

Open Kristin - American Girl - Ribbon

Re-size as desired - Sharpen and place at the bottom of your

tubes legs where they cut off.

Add drop shadow.

Now open and add Kristin - American Girl - Fire Works 1 & Kristin - American Girl - Fire Works 2 and place wherever desired.

Add drop shadow if desired.

Add your name and quotes and don't 

forget your copyright!

Add filter - Xero > Radiance.

Play with the settings until you have how you want it.
