TEMPLATE - I used Template 151 by Millie's PSP Madness.

Mask of choice.
FILTER - Xero > Radiance.
Let's get started!
Open a new canvas 800 x 800
Open Amethyst Whispers (29) apply to layers
3 & 4.
ctrl + alt + G to create clipping mask.
Add drop shadow.
Open Amethyst Whispers (17) apply to layers
1 & 2.
ctrl + alt + G to create clipping mask.
Add drop shadow.
Open Amethyst Whispers (2) apply to layer 6
using clipping mask.
Add drop shadow.
Add a texture and stroke to layer 5.
I used an industrial look.
Add silver style to layer 7
Add drop shadow.
Open and place your tube in the center of your tag.
Add drop shadow.
Open Amethyst Whispers (68)
Place center on your tag at the top.
Add drop shadow.
Open Amethyst Whispers (15)
Duplicate and put one on each
side of your tag.
Open Amethyst Whispers (92)
Place at the bottom center of your tag.
Add drop shadow.
Re-size as desired and sharpen.
Open Amethyst Whispers (23)
Place behind layer 5 so that it's sticking out.
Duplicate and repeat on the other side.
Add drop shadow.
Now open your mask of choice.
Open paper Amethyst Whispers (2) and apply to mask.
Now go to filters > Xero > Radiance.
Use the settings pictured below.
Now open your mask of choice.
Open paper Amethyst Whispers (2) and apply to mask.
Now go to filters > Xero > Radiance.
Use the settings pictured below.
Add your name/quote and don't forget your copyright!
