SUPPLIES NEEDED
I used photoshop cs6 but any should do.
Eye Candy 7.
TUBE - "Stessy Steampunk" by Marc Duval
You must have a license to use his art.

TEMPLATE - By Scrappy bit of fun.

MASK - "Zuzzanna Mask 107"

FONT - "Sucker Font"

Let's get started!
Open a new canvas sized 800 x 800
Place your template in the center.
Open BIBISTEAMPUNK PAPERS (15) and place over circle 3
hit ctrl + alt + G to create clipping mask and add drop shadow
Repeat these steps with the papers & layers listed below.
rectangle - BIBISTEAMPUNK PAPERS (14)
circle 2 - BIBISTEAMPUNK PAPERS (1)
triple frame - BIBISTEAMPUNK PAPERS (2)
Merge Layers.
Filters>Eye Candy 7> Rust
Change the settings as desired of just use default.
Add drop shadow.

Now open and add your tube.
Place over rectangle layer.
Add drop shadow.
On circle 1 & 4 you are going to go to
Filters>Eye Candy 7> Brushed Metal.
Choose a color from your tag.
Change the settings as desired of just use default.
Add drop shadow.
Place close up of your tube over circle 4.
hit ctrl + alt + G to create clipping mask.
Change blending mode to Darken.
Open BIBISTEAMPUNK ELEMENTS (77)
Place behind Circle 1 so that the spiked edges are visible.
Add drop shadow.
Open BIBISTEAMPUNK ELEMENTS (105)
Place behind Circle 3 so that the spiked edges are visible.
Add drop shadow.
Open BIBISTEAMPUNK ELEMENTS (22)
Place it over circle 2 and add drop shadow.
Open BIBISTEAMPUNK ELEMENTS (49)
Place behind circle 4 and rotate around to line up.
See tag for placement if needed.
Add drop shadow.
Open BIBISTEAMPUNK ELEMENTS (51)
Place behind rectangle layer of your template.
Duplicate. Place one At the top left side and place the other
at the bottom right side.
See tag for placement if needed.
Add drop shadow.
Open BIBISTEAMPUNK ELEMENTS (34)
place as your top layer on the top right side of your tag.
Add drop shadow.
Now open BIBISTEAMPUNK ELEMENTS (2)

Save as a PSD and PNG and you're done!
