Open SkyScraps-cartoon-pp8 and re-size to 56% place in the top frame of SkyScraps-cartoon-F10 with the design inside of the frame.

Select SkyScraps-cartoon-F10 in your layer panel. Use your quick selection tool and click inside the top frame. Hit ctrl + Alt + I then use your eraser to get rid of the outside edges. Hit ctrl + D to deselect.

Repeat these steps with SkyScraps-cartoon-pp4 in your bottom frame and SkyScraps-cartoon-pp9 in the center frame.

Open and place your tube to the left of your tag.

Re-size as desired and sharpen. Add drop shadow.

 Add tube to the right and behind your tag so that her head is sticking out.

Erase the bottom half of her body sticking out.

Open SkyScraps-cartoon-E25 and re-size to 50%

Place on the bottom frames right bottom right corner.

Sharpen and add drop shadow.

Open SkyScraps-cartoon-E42 and re-size to 30% place next to SkyScraps-cartoon-E43. Use picture for reference.

Open SkyScraps-cartoon-E22 and duplicate. Place one on the left bottom side of your tag and the other on the top right side.

Add a drop shadow to both.

Apply the filter Xero > Radiance.

Use these settings pictured below.
