Let's begin!
Open your template.

Flood fill layers 1, 2 & 4 with colors from your tube.
Add drop shadow, Bevel and stroke as desired.
Play around and just try different things until you have it

Place over layer 3 - ctrl + alt + G - Merge
Add drop shadow.

On layers 7, 8 & 9 flood fill each one with a different color.
7 white - 8 red - 9 blue
Add drop shadow and bevel.

Place over layer 10 - ctrl + alt + G - Merge
Add drop shadow and outer glow.
7 white - 8 red - 9 blue
Add drop shadow and bevel.

Place over layer 10 - ctrl + alt + G - Merge
Add drop shadow and outer glow.
Fill layer 11 with a gradient of red, white and blue
Add drop shadow, bevel and outer glow.

Place over layer 12 - ctrl + alt + G - Merge
Add drop shadow.

Place over layer 12 - ctrl + alt + G - Merge
Add drop shadow.
Now open your tube.
Duplicate and hide one.
Place one over layer 12 and position as desired.
now hide your tube layer.
Use your magic wand tool to select layer 12.
hit Shift + ctrl + I for inverse.
Now un-hide your tube and erase the edges until clear.
Duplicate and hide one.
Place one over layer 12 and position as desired.

hit Shift + ctrl + I for inverse.
Now un-hide your tube and erase the edges until clear.
Make your tube black & white.
Now un-hide your duplicate and re-size as needed.
Place on the right side of your template and sharpen.
Add drop shadow.

Filter - Xero > Radiance.
Play with the settings until you have them

Let's get started!
Open a new canvas 800 x 800
and place your template in the center.
Open K4-Gilian-Paper07
Place over layers 1 & 3.
ctrl + alt + G - Merge layers - Add drop shadow.
Open K4-Gilian-Paper03
Place over layer 2
ctrl + alt + G - Merge layers - Add drop shadow.
Open your tube and place in the center
of your template. Re-size as desired.
Add drop shadow.
Open K4-Gilian-Smear
Place over layers 6 & 7
ctrl + alt + G - Merge layers - Add drop shadow.
Open K4-Gilian-Paper09
Place over layer 8
ctrl + alt + G - Merge layers - Add drop shadow.
Flood fill layers 4 & 5 with a color from your tube.
Add a small drop shadow.

Add drop shadows.
Feel free to place these as desired.
You can refer to my tag for placement but don't be
afraid to make this your own.
Now add your name/quote.
Don't forget your copyright.
Save your tag as PSD (Editable for later)
Once you have done that you can Merge your tag.
Add filter Xero > Porcelain.
This will give your tag a softness and glow.
Save PNG.
The settings I used are pictured below.
Now apply Xero > Radiance
with the settings below.
All done!
