SUPPLIES

I used photoshop cs6 but any version should do.

Tube "Princess" by Marc Duval
Kit "Cherry Cuppie" by Rissa's Designs
Mask "zuz_mask3" by zuzzanna
Font of choice
Xero - Porcelain

Let's get started!

Open a new canvas size 1000 x 800

Open RD_CC_Frame2
Place in center of canvas and add drop shadow.

Open
RD_CC_Cupcake01
RD_CC_Cupcake02
RD_CC_Cupcake03
Re-size as desired and sharpen.
Cluster on the right bottom side of your
frame and add drop shadows to each.

Open RD_CC_Butterfly2
Place on the top right corner of frame
and re-size as desired.
Add drop shadow.

Open RD_CC_Fan
Place behind your cupcake cluster
and re-size/position as desired.
Add drop shadow.

Open RD_CC_Paper09
Place behind your frame and erase
outer edges.

Open RD_CC_Ribbon02
Place across the bottom of your frame.
Add drop shadow.

Open RD_CC_Flower1
Place at bottom left corner behind Ribbon.
Re-size as desired and sharpen.
Add drop shadow.

Now open your tube.
Duplicate three times.
Place three over your paper and change
the blend mode on each to Screen.
Spread them around and re-size as desired.
Place the original tube to the left.
Re-size as desired and sharpen.
(See tag for exact placement)

Now add mask.
I used RD_CC_Paper02 on mine.

Add your name and copyright.

Apply filter Xero > Porcelain.
My settings are pictured below.
