SUPPLIES
I used photoshop cs6 but any version should do.
Tube "Roni" by Roman Zaric
Kit "Roni" by Rieneke Designs
Mask "Mask 34" by MB & SW
Font of choice
Xero - Porcelain
Let's get started!
Open a new canvas 800 x 800
Open element_4
Place slightly to the right of your canvas.
Add drop shadow.
Open element_24
Place at the bottom of element_4.
Add drop shadow.
Open element_9
re-size as desired and sharpen.
Place on the left side of tag.
Open your tube and re-size as desired.
Sharpen and add drop shadow.
place her behind element_24.
Open element_29
duplicate and place one on the left of the tag
and one on the right.
Open element_16
Re-size as desired and sharpen.
Add drop shadow and duplicate.
Place them both around the clock in the background.
See tag for exact placement.
Open element_14
Re-size as desired and sharpen.
Add drop shadow.
Place on the bottom left of tag.
Open element_1 & element_7
Place on the bottom of tag.
Re-size as desired and sharpen.
Add drop shadows.
Place 1 over 7.
Open element_18
Duplicate a couple times and just
place them around the tag.
Now open your mask and apply paper 5.
Now place your name/quote and copyright on your tag.
Next apply filter Xero > Porcelain.
My settings are pictured below.

Place on the bottom left of tag.
Open element_1 & element_7
Place on the bottom of tag.
Re-size as desired and sharpen.
Add drop shadows.
Place 1 over 7.
Open element_18

place them around the tag.
