Open Template and resize canvas to 800 X 600. Hide all layers BUT layer 1.

Open paper 3 and resize to 65% then center it over layer 1.

Now use your magic wand tool and select layer 1 with it.

Next hold down ctrl + shift and hit I.

Now use your eraser tool to erase the edges of paper 3.

ctrl + D to deselect when done.

Add desired drop shadow.

Now make layer 2 and 3 visable.

Select layer 2 > Effects > Plugins > Penta > VTR2 

Using the settings you see below. 

Then repeat on layer 3.

Add desired drop shadow.

Now make layer 4 visiable and apply paper 1

Resize to 80% and once again use your magic want tool to select layer 4.

Next hold down ctrl + shift and hit I.

Now use your eraser tool to erase the edges of paper 1.

ctrl + D to deselect when done.

Add desired drop shadow.

Now open paper 7 resize to 85%

Duplicate twice so that you have three copies of this layer.

Now move them in your layer panel so that layers

5, 6 and 7 all have one above it.

use your magic want tool to select layer 5.

Next hold down ctrl + shift and hit I.

(Make sure you have the paper selected in the layer panel before erasing)

Now use your eraser tool to erase the edges of paper 7.

ctrl + D to deselect when done.

repeat for layers 6 and 7.

Add desired drop shadow.

Now make layers 8 and 9 visiable.

Select layer 8 > Effects > Plugins > Penta > Dots and Crosses.

Repeat on layer 9.

These are the settings I used.

Add your Tube to the canvas and resize accordingly.

Open element 50 and place across the bottom half of your tube 

making it look like it's wrapping around her.

Open element 54 and place on top of layer 8.

Duplicate > flip horizantel and Mirror on layer 9.

Add drop shadow if desired.

Open element 63 and place at the bottom of the tag in front of the tube, Placing it off to the left. Now add element 61 and move behind element 63 placing it to the right.

Resize to 80% and sharpen.

Add element 28 and size down to 35% place to the left of the tag

then add element 22 and repeat.

Add element 23 and place in front of elements 22 and 28.

Size so its just a little smaller then the elements behind it.

Add element 52 and place behind and to the left of layers 22, 23 and 28.

Resize to 60%

Add mask of choice and position as desired.

Now add your text wherever desired and don't forget copyrights!

I also added a filter to the whole image once it was completed.

I used Xero > porcelain.
