The kit I used is called "Spring Days Ahead" by Amy Marie.
You can get it HERE

The Tube I used is "Kimberly" Di_Halim
You can get it HERE

I used Template 18 of mine
You can download it HERE

I did not use a mask on this tag but feel free to add one
if desired.

Let's get started!

Now add a color of choice to layers 8, 10 and 12.
Add a drop shadow to each.

Open paper 13 and duplicate twice so that you have three.
Add to 7, 9 and 11 using the clipping mask.

Now open papers 10 & 11
Add one of each to layers  13 & 15

Open element 52 and place as top layer.

Open element 36

(Look to tag for placement)
Duplicate once.
Now with the duplicate of your tube select
Filter > Blur > Motion Blur > Angle 0 > Horizontal > Distance 30.
Now move behind original tube.

Now add a close up on layers 13 & 15
Use the next step on both close ups
