This Tutorial was Made Using Photoshop CS6
Creative Team Tag for Amy Marie
Tube I used is "Chloe" by Mistichekaya.

The Mask I used was from Creative Misfits.

Font I used is Qumpellkano12
Open paper 5 and position above layer 5.
Right click on paper 5 in your layer panel and select
Create clipping mask. Add drop shadow and size to 10.
Open paper 2 and apply to layers 3 & 6 by
right clicking and selecting Create clipping mask.
resize as desired and add drop shadow and size to 10.
Open paper 8 and apply to layers 1 & 2 by
right clicking and selecting Create clipping mask.
resize as desired and add drop shadow and size to 10.
Open paper 3 and apply to layer 10 by once again
right clicking on paper 3 in your layer panel and selecting
Create clipping mask. add drop shadow and size to 10.
Open element 8 and place under layer 5
Resize to 90%>sharpen>add drop shadow.
Open element 64 and place on top of layer 10
right click element 64 in layer panel and select
Create clipping mask.
Position in circle and add drop shadow.
Open element 58
Place as top layer and position across
the bottom half of layer 10.
Open elements 32 and 65.
Position on top on left end of element 58.
Resize to 65%>Sharpen.
Open element 43
Position at top between layer 10 and 6.
Add drop shadow.
Open your tube of choice and place close up on top of element 10
right click on tube in the layer panel to the right
Select create clipping mask.
Change blend mode to Luminosity.
Open element 23
Position at bottom center.
Add drop shadow.
Now add the full length Tube
Position to the right of layer 10.
Duplicate twice.
Move duplicates under original.
Highlight copy 1 in layer panel and go into blending options.
Choose color overly and pick color of choice.
Repeat with second copy picking a different color.
Add drop shadow.
Move copy 1 left and down.
Move copy 2 right and up.
Apply text where desired.
