FILTER - Xero > Porcelain.

Place Girly Cuteness (4) to plum circles.

hit ctrl + alt + G to create clipping mask and add drop shadow

Repeat these steps with the papers & layers listed below.

Girly Cuteness (23) - purple rectangles

Girly Cuteness (34) - center purple rectangle

Girly Cuteness (42) - lrg blk square

Girly Cuteness (36) - angled purple squares & angled purple squares 2

Girly Cuteness (33) - pink squares

Add a gradient of choice to layer pinkiepurple lrg rectangles.

Add drop shadow.

Flood fill thin blk vertical strips with a color of choice.
Add bevel, drop shadow and a texture of choice.

Repeat on thin blk lines and stars.

Add your tube to layer lrg blk square and Create clipping mask.
Change blending options to Luminosity and change the opacity to 60%

Flood fill layers 
white dotted lines
thin line white square
white thin lines
white square frames
blk dashed dot circles
white rectangles
 Use a yellow color matching your tube and kit.
Add bevels, Satin and drop shadows as desired.

Open your tube and duplicate. Add to layer pinkiepurple lrg rectangles copy
and place one in the top left square and the other in the bottom right.
Create clipping mask with both (ctrl + alt + G) and change blending mode to Overlay.

Flood fill blk frames with soft pink.
Add drop shadow and stroke.

You can place these as desired.
Make sure to add drop shadows and sharpen when re-sized.

Now add your mask of choice.

Add your name/quote and copyright.

Save as PNG and apply filter Xero > Porcelain
using the settings pictured below.
