Mask of choice.
Font of choice.
Let's get started!
Open your template.
Open Party Paper 3
Place over layers 1 & 9 - ctrl + alt + G - Merge
Add drop shadow.
Add a clear layer style to layers 2 & 10.
If you prefer another style
feel free to play around and make it your own.
Open Party Paper 4
Place over layers 3 & 5 - ctrl + alt + G - Merge
Add drop shadow.
Again add a clear style to layers 4 & 6
Or add your own style.
Open Party Paper 2
Place over layer 7 - ctrl + alt + G - Merge
Add drop shadow.
Add a clear style to layer 8.
Open Party Paper 1
Place over layers 11 & 13 - ctrl + alt + G - Merge
Add drop shadow.
Add a clear style to layers 12 & 14.
Open your tube and place in center as top layer.
Add drop shadow.
Add a gradient on layer 15 using two colors from your tube.
Add any textures or extra designs to give this layer some style.
Add a clear style to layer 16.

Arrange these as desired or use my tag for reference.
Add drop shadows for more depth.
Add mask of choice.
Add your name and copyright and you're done!
