I used photoshop cs6 but any version will do.

Mask of choice
Font of choice
Let's get started!
Open your template.
Shape 1 - BD-Paper4
Rectangle 2 - BD-Paper09
Rectangle 1 - BD-Paper7
Rectangle 1 copy 3 - BD-Paper7
Rectangle 1 copy - BD-Paper7
Rectangle 1 copy 2 - BD-Paper7
Shape 2 copy 9 - BD-Paper5
To apply these papers hold ctrl + alt + G to create clipping mask.
Merge your paper with each individual layer as you go.
Add drop shadows to these once merged.
Flood fill frame 1 with color of choice from your kit.
Add outer glow and any other blending options you like.
Do this with frame 2, frame 3, frame 4 and Rectangle 2 copy as well.
On shape 1 copy apply a clear layer style with a slight drop shadow.
Apply a bevel and drop shadow to Shape 2 copy 9.
Open your tube and place close up over shape 1.
Arrange inside shape 1 as desired and add drop shadow.
Open BD-Element40
Place in the center bottom of your template.
Re-size to the size desired - sharpen - Add drop shadow.
Open BD-Element20
Place as bottom layer and re-size as desired.
Open

Re-size as needed - Sharpen and place over layers

Now add your mask of choice.
Now add your name and copyright.
Add filter Xero > Radiance.
The settings I used are pictured below.
Save your picture and you're done!
