SUPPLIES
I used photoshop cs6 but any version should do.

TUBE "PrePaid#4 Zlata_M" by Zlata_M
KIT "Slice of Summer" Kizzed by Kelz
TEMPLATE "High On Summertime" Dees'Sign Depot

Mask of choice.
Font of choice.

Let's get started!

Open your template and place on new canvas 

sized 800 x 800

Hide wordart.

Apply the papers listed below to assigned layers.
To do this hit ctrl + alt + G to create clipping mask.

Paper 4 - right white square

Paper 3 - left white square

Paper 1 - top squares & bottom squares

Paper 6 - top squares bg & bottom squares bg
Paper 12 - top yellow strip & bottom yellow strip

Paper 9 - top orange strip & bottom orange strip

Paper 5 - white oval

Paper 11 - orange oval

Paper 1 - center white circle

Paper 7 - center orange circle

Paper 3 - lft yellow circle & rt yellow circle

Now add drop shadows.
I used clear layers over these as well.
Feel free to add them if you like or don't if you prefere

the look you already have.

Flood fill center dotted circle with a color from your scrapkit.
Add drip shadow and bevel.

Now repeat on lft small dotted circle & rt small dotted circle.

Open sun frame
Place behind white oval
re-size as needed and sharpen

Add drop shadow.

Open sparkle bubbles

Place on left side of lft yellow circle

Add drop shadow

Duplicate and mirror.

Fill your wordart layers with colors from the kit.
Add drop shadows and bevels as desired.

Open lips
re-size as desired and place on the 

far left side of your word art.
sharpen and add drop shadow.

Open hat
re-size as desired and place on the

 top of rt yellow circle

Sharpen and add drop shadow.

Now add your mask of choice.
I used Paper 12 on mine.

Add your name and copyright and you're done!
