I used photoshop cs6 but any version should do.

Let's get started!

Open template

Apply these papers to the layers listed below.

Use the clipping mask.

ctrl + alt + G

7 - Paper4

6 - Paper2

5 - Gradient of choice

4 - Paper8

2 & 3 - Color of choice from tube/kit

1 - Paper6

Once you have the papers as you like Merge them with

the layers you have clipped them to.

Add drop shadows.

I also duplicate mine and add clear layer styles for extra shine and pop.

Use colors of choice on your wordart.

Now open your tube and place over template.

Re-size as desired and sharpen.

Add drop shadow.

Open a close up of your tube and place over layer 6.

Duplicate and apply Gaussian Blur to dup. I set mine to 7.

Change blending mode to Lighten.

Change blend mode on the original to Luminosity.

Open Doodle

Place behind layer 7.

Re-size as desired and sharpen.

Add drop shadow.

Open BlingScatter

Place over layer 8

Re-size as desired and sharpen.

Duplicate and mirror.

Add drop shadow.

Open Sparkle2

Place behind your word art.

Open GlitterFlower

Place on the top left corner and bottom right.

Re-size and sharpen as desired.

Add drop shadow.

Open Lace2

Place above your word art.

re-size as desired and sharpen.

Add drop shadow.

Open GlitterCircle

Place in front of layer 4

Re-size and sharpen as desired.

Add drop shadow.

Now Add your mask.

I used Paper3 on mine.

Add any effects desired.

I used Xero - Radiance

Settings pictured below

Add your name, copyright, save and you're done!
