I used photoshop cs6 but any version should do.

Mask of choice

Font of choice

Xero - Radiance

Apply the papers to the layers listed below.

To do this just place the paper over the layer and hit ctrl + alt + G 

ahead and merge it to the layer and add a drop shadow.

Layers 1, 5 & 7 - Paper 5

Layers 3 & 9 - Paper 1

(I flipped it vertical on layer 3)

Layer 11 - Paper 16

Layers 13, 15, 17 & 19 - Paper 12

Now apply style of choice to all other layers as

these are borders.

Now open your tube.

Place it in the center behind layer 11.

Add slight drop shadow.

Open dice

Re-size as desired and place in front of

tag over Layer 5.

Add drop shadow.

Open music notes

Place on the left side of layer 11

Add drop shadow.

Open sparkle

Duplicate and just place all over

your tag. Really bling it up!

Open record

Place behind layer 9

towards the left side of your template.

Open ipod

Place on far right side of your temp

and add drop shadow.

Open light 2

Place on the top right side

of your template.

Add drop shadow.

Open diamond

Place on far right side

of tag and add drop shadow.

Open roller skate

Place next to dice

and add drop shadow.

Open speaker1

Place behind record to the left.

Re-size and sharpen.

Add drop shadow.

Now add mask of choice.

I used paper Paper 20

Add name and copyright to your tag.

Now use filter Xero >Radiance
