What you will need
PSP
PTU kit "Shine Bright" by Amy Marie's Kit's
The tube I used is by Diana Gali
It was a special gift with purchase no longer available.
The Template I used is by Millies Madness.
Mask of Choice
Effects
Blinds
Plugins
Xero>Porcelain
Penta>Color Dot
Let's get started!
Open a new canvas 800 x 800
and place the template on it.
Delete raster 1.
Hide all layers but 1.
Select layer 1 with your magic wand tool.
Open pp4 and place over layer 1.
now hit ctrl+shift+I
use your eraser tool to delete the outer edges
of pp4 and then hit ctrl+D to deselect.
Now go to layers>Merge>Merge down.
Now add a drop shadow.
Effects> 3D effects> Drop Shadow
I used the settings Vertical 3, Horizontal 3
Opacity 100 and Blur 5.
Now you are doing to repeat the drop shadow
but you are going to select -3 on vertical and -3 horizontal.
Unhide layer 2 and Select with your magic
wand tool and place pp6 over it
now hit ctrl+shift+I
use your eraser tool to delete the outer edges
of pp6 and then hit ctrl+D to deselect.
Now go to layers>Merge>Merge down.
Now go to Effects>Texture effects>Blinds
use the settings pictured below.
Now to add the drop shadow go to
Effects> 3D effects> Drop Shadow
I used the settings Vertical 3, Horizontal 3
Opacity 100 and Blur 5.
Now you are doing to repeat the drop shadow
but you are going to select -3 on vertical and -3 horizontal.
Unhide layer 3 and Select with your magic
wand tool and place pp1 over it
now hit ctrl+shift+I

of pp1 and then hit ctrl+D to deselect.
Now go to layers>Merge>Merge down.

Unhide layer 6 and Select with your magic
wand tool and place pp3 over it
now hit ctrl+shift+I
use your eraser tool to delete the outer edges
of pp3 and then hit ctrl+D to deselect.
Now go to layers>Merge>Merge down.
Now unhide layer 7
and flood fill with black.
go to effects>Plugins>Penta>Color Dot.
Use the settings pictured below.
Now to add the drop shadow go to
Effects> 3D effects> Drop Shadow
I used the settings Vertical 3, Horizontal 3
Opacity 100 and Blur 5.
Now you are doing to repeat the drop shadow
but you are going to select -3 on vertical and -3 horizontal.
Unhide layers 10 & ll
change colors to black.
Unhide layers 8 & 9
Now add the drop shadow to both.
Effects> 3D effects> Drop Shadow
I used the settings Vertical 3, Horizontal 3
Opacity 100 and Blur 5.
Now you are doing to repeat the drop shadow
but you are going to select -3 on vertical and -3 horizontal.
Now open and place your tube
in the center of your tag.
Re-size if need be and sharpen.
Add drop shadow as desired.
Now add elements

Now add your mask of choice
I used 96 (Mask) provided in kit.
Now select your tube in the layer panel.
Go to effects>Plugins>Xero>Porcelain.
Use the settings pictured below.
Now make sure to add you copyright and you are done!
