Open a new canvas size 800 x 800

Open pom pom flower frame.

Place in the top center of your canvas and 

add drop shadow.

Open Paper 4

Place behind frame and erase outer edges.

Open your tube

Re-size as desired, Sharpen and add drop shadow.
Place on the right side of your frame.
Now open a close up and apply to Paper 4.
Change blending mode to Overlay.
Erase outer edges and duplicate.

Open butterfly sparkle

Place at the bottom of your frame giving 

it the affect of hanging from the frame.

Open glitter wings
Re-size as desired and sharpen.
Place on the lower left side of your frame.

Add drop shadow.

Open sparkle lights

Place on the top left side of your frame.

Open letter n  stars

Place on left side under Glitter wings.
Re-size as desired and sharpen.
Add drop shadow.

Now add your mask.
I used Paper 13
Add a drop shadow using a pink from your tube.

Now add your name/quote and copyright.
