SUPPLIES
I used photoshop cs6 but any version should do.
You need to have some basic knowledge of photoshop to follow along.
My tutorials are not meant for beginners.

Mask "zuzzmask117" zuzzanna
Font of choice.
Let's get started!
Open your template.
Apply papers to layers first.
Layer 1 - P4
Layers 3 & 4 - P1 Rotate 90
Layer 8 - P12
Layer 7 - P11
Layers 5, 8 & 10 - P13
Layers 16 & 17 - P12
Layer 20 - P1
ctrl + alt + G to create clipping mask.
Merge papers with layers as you go.
Add clear layers to give them more pop.
Add drop shadows.
Add a texture on layers 12 thru 15.
Add outer glow and drop shadow.
Repeat on layers 18 & 19.
Flood fill layers 2, 9, 11 & 21 with a gradient.
Apply outer glow and drop shadow
Bevel and stroke as desired.
Open your tube and place on the left side of your tag.
Place close up of your tube over layer 20 and create clipping mask.
Change blending option to Liner Light.
Add drop shadows to both.
Open BULLETHOLES
Place over close up of your tube.
See my tag for reference.
Open BULLETS
Place on the right side of your tag next to layer 20.
Add drop shadow.
Open SMOKE
Place over layer 20 and create clipping mask
Position as desired or use my tag
as a reference.
Open FRAME
Rotate slightly to the left and re-size as desired.
Sharpen and add drop shadow.
Open SKULL
Re-size as desired - Sharpen and place over layer 19.
Add drop shadow.
Duplicate and mirror on opposite side.
Open DOLLAR
Place behind the left side of your tube at the
top of your tag.
re-size as desired - sharpen - drop shadow.
Open CIGAR
Place on the bottom right side of your tagRe-size as desired - sharpen - drop shadow.
Open RIBBON1
Place over layer 21 and re-size as desired.
sharpen - drop shadow.
Now add your name/quote and copyright.
Add mask of choice.
Apply filter Xero > Radiance.
Use settings of choice.
And you're done!
