What you will need

Photoshop

PTU kit "Memories" by Amy Marie's Kit's

Tube "Von Lotta" by KiwiFireStorm


Template 241 by Denz Designz

Styles I made


Filter
Xero>Radiance.


Open a new canvas 800 x 800

Open up the template and place on your new canvas.
Hide all layers but Large shape 1 and 2.

Open pp016 

place over large shape 2 and re-size to desired amount.
hit ctrl + alt + G to create a clipping mask.
Layer> Merge Down.
Sharpen and add drop shadow.

Repeat these steps with Large Shape 1.



Now unhide circles 1 & 2


Open pp4
place over Circle 2 and re-size to desired amount.
hit ctrl + alt + G to create a clipping mask.
Layer> Merge Down.
Sharpen and add drop shadow.

Repeat these steps with Circle 1.


Now unhide Rectangle 1, 2 & 3

Now highlight these three shapes rights click


and merge them.

Open pp018

Place it over the merged shapes and re-size so that
it just cover them all.
hit ctrl + alt + G to create a clipping mask.
Layer> Merge Down.
Sharpen and add drop shadow.



Open pp010
Place it over shape 1 and re-size so that
it just cover it.
hit ctrl + alt + G to create a clipping mask.
Layer> Merge Down.
Sharpen and add drop shadow.

Repeat with Shape 2.

Now using the styles I provided, Use light pink on small circles.
On the tiny circles shape use the deep burgundy.

Open element 84
Place on the outside of your template on

the right side. 
Re-size to 85% and sharpen.
Add a drop shadow.

Open element 52
Place over the far left rectangle.
Re-size to 50% and sharpen.
Add a white glow in your blending options.
Erase the top of the element running off of


the left rectangle.

Open element 73 


and place over circle 2.
Rotate around as desired and


add a drop shadow.
Duplicate element 73.
Flip vertical then flip Horizontal. 
lace it over circle 1 


you should achieve a mirrored effect.

Open element 30


re-size to 45% and place over left rectangle.
Sharpen and add drop shadow.

Now add your tube.

Open element 35 and duplicate.
Place behind your tube so that it is sticking out


behind it.
Refer to picture for placement.
Add a drop shadow.
Now do the same with the duplicate but


so that it is sticking out the opposite way.
Don't forget the drop shadow.

Open element 102
Place over the right rectangle and re-size to your liking.
Sharpen and add a drop shadow.

Now use pp014 and apply to 


your mask of choice.
Duplicate to darken your mask if desired.


I wrote this tutorial in photoshop CS6 but with the finished product 
I did go into PSP and added the filter
Xero>Radiance
The settings I used are pictured below.
